DESCRIPTION
Join us for an inspiring night of hands-on service, meaningful conversation, and community building! Together with Repair The World we’ll make 200 sandwiches to support Saint Vincent De Paul’s Ready-to-Eat Meal Program, providing nourishment for individuals experiencing homelessness and survivors of domestic violence.Â
This isn’t just about making sandwiches – it’s about making a difference. As we roll up our sleeves, we’ll explore food justice, housing insecurity, and social equity through a Jewish lens, diving into the values that call us to pursue justice (tzedek) and care for our neighbors.Â
A Monthly Series with Lasting ImpactÂ
We’ll continue this important work – deepening our understanding of food access, housing justice, and community responsibility, while taking meaningful action together.Â
No experience needed – just your energy, passion, and a heart for justice!Â
Come for the service. Stay for the conversation. Leave inspired.Â
Plus, we’ve got you covered – nosh will be provided.
