You can search across both your private contacts and the public community in one search, but the two pools stay isolated. Your contacts' privacy is absolute.

How do I send a match suggestion?
From any profile in your database, tap Share Profile, pick the single you want to send it to, and choose exactly which fields to include. Private contact info is never shareable. The recipient sees a profile card in their JMeetups messages and can respond through you.
What happens when a single deletes their JMeetups account?
If you originally added them to your database, your record stays in your database forever. If you've messaged them or marked them Engaged or Married, your record stays. Singles cannot force-delete data from your matchmaker database — this is covered in our Terms of Service and is essential to how shidduch work actually functions.
Can other matchmakers see the singles in my database?
Never, unless you deliberately choose to share a specific contact. You control sharing per-contact: share with all matchmakers on JMeetups, share with specific matchmakers only, or keep fully private (the default). Private notes and activity are never shared even when a profile is shared.
Can I email my singles through the platform?
Yes. Connect your own email provider — we recommend Brevo (free up to 300 emails per day), Mailgun, Postmark, or any SMTP service. All mass emails are reviewed by an admin before sending to maintain quality. CAN-SPAM-compliant footer is auto-injected.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use it?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use the JMeetups Matchmaker CRM. Add a single, write a note, log a date, move them through stages. No installation, no training required.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The full CRM works on phones, tablets, and desktop. Most matchmakers use their phone for quick notes after a call and desktop for deeper work like comparison and AI search.
How do I get approved as a matchmaker?
