JMeetups is committed to transparency about how we operate the platform, what requests we receive from governments and law enforcement, and what actions we take to keep the community safe. We will publish an annual transparency report covering the prior calendar year.
Status
JMeetups launched its first community policies in May 2026. Our first published transparency report will cover the period from launch through December 31, 2026, and will be available here in early 2027.
What we plan to report
Each annual report will include, where applicable and not prohibited by law:
- The number of government and law enforcement requests received, categorized by jurisdiction and request type
- The number of requests we complied with in full, complied with in part, or rejected
- The number of reports we filed with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline
- The number of accounts actioned for community guideline violations (warnings, suspensions, bans)
- The number of profiles and photos reviewed by the moderation team
- The number of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) received under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, FDBR, and other applicable laws, and our SLA performance
What we will not include
We will not publish information that would identify individual users, compromise the safety of community members, or interfere with ongoing investigations. Aggregate counts only — no personal information.
